Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every appointment booked with Brush 'N' Blush Studio, whether it is booked on this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or in person. Booking an appointment means you accept them. Version 2026-08-23.

1. Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The balance is due on the day of service.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

3. Punctuality

A 15 minute grace period is allowed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or a cancellation.

4. Mobile services

Clients must provide a clean, well-lit space. Unsafe or unsuitable environments may lead to the appointment being cancelled.

5. Refunds and exchanges

All sales and services are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on products, tools or completed services.

6. Hygiene policy

There are no returns on used or opened items, including makeup, nail products, lashes and waxing supplies.

7. Service concerns

Please report any issue within 24 hours of your appointment so it can be looked at and put right.

8. Children and pets

To keep the service area safe and focused, please keep children and pets away from it.

9. Photographs

Images may be used for promotional purposes unless you ask us not to. Tell us at your appointment, or any time afterwards, and your photographs will not be published. If a photograph of you is already on this site and you want it removed, say so and it comes down.

10. Sale items and special offers

Services or products offered at a discount are final sale.

Where a special offer is running, the offer price applies to appointments booked between the first and last day shown with the offer, and both of those days count. Offers cannot be combined, are not applied to a booking made before the offer started, and are not backdated to a booking already paid for. A deposit taken on an offer price is calculated on that price.

11. Transportation fee

Pick-up and drop-off services are available for an additional fee. Please ask for rates when booking.

12. No children, loitering or extra guests

To keep the experience relaxing for everyone, please do not bring children, extra guests, or anyone who is not receiving a service to your appointment.

13. Prices

All prices are in East Caribbean dollars and are subject to change. The price you are quoted when your booking is confirmed is the price that applies to that appointment.

14. Health and skin

Please tell us before your appointment about any allergy, skin condition, recent treatment or medication that affects your skin, and about any pregnancy. We are a beauty studio, not a medical practice, and nothing offered here is a medical treatment or a substitute for advice from your doctor.
