Privacy Notice

What we collect

When you book an appointment on this website we collect your name, your phone number, your email address, the service you asked for, the date and time you asked for, and, if you choose a mobile appointment, the address you want us to come to. Anything you type into the notes box is collected too.

We also record the date and time you accepted these terms, and the IP address the booking came from, so that both sides have a record of what was agreed.

Why we need it

To confirm your appointment, to arrive at the right place at the right time, to contact you if something changes, and to keep a record of the booking.

Who sees it

Only Saskia Mills. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you booked an appointment.

Where it is kept

In the database behind this website, and in the email that tells us a booking has come in. Our hosting company keeps standard website logs.

Photographs

We may use photographs of our work to promote the studio unless you ask us not to. Ask at any time, before or after, and we will not publish yours, or we will take it down.

The chat window

If you use the chat window on this site, what you type is stored so the conversation can be read and replied to. Please do not send health details, card numbers or anything else sensitive through it.

Cookies

This site sets only what it needs to work. It does not run advertising trackers.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing saskiacmills1490@gmail.com. Deleting a booking record does not undo an appointment that has already happened.
